Do you want to contribute to global challenges with solutions based on data and artificial intelligence? Want to work with the latest technologies? Blue Radix is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to give the right support to our customers and colleagues to make that happen.

You are responsible for supporting our internal organization, specifically the development teams, data scientists and Autonomous Greenhouse Managers with technical questions, service request and monitoring our landscape. Next to this you are responsible for setting up, maintaining and coordinating new connections for our worldwide customers with our external partners.

Your job

As a technical support specialist you are the linking pin between your colleagues, our external partners and the IT organization of our customers. Your work includes:

  • Coordinating and managing the setup and maintenance of technical connections for new customers and new locations;
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to your colleagues and our partners via various channels, including email, phone, and Teams.
  • Executing periodic checks on performance and security in our landscape.
  • With the monitoring team, monitoring our technical landscape 7 days a week, worldwide.
  • Improving the technical service processes.

Job requirements

What are you bringing along?

You are a highly skilled, technical support specialist for at least 5 years. During these years, you have developed a solid skill set:

  • Strong background and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge and experience in local IT networks and infrastructure. Expertise with firewalls and VPNs. Expertise in using cloud and network management and automation solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of services available in public clouds in the areas of: Compute, Storage (SQL Databases, Azure Data Explorer), Networking, and Security.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, firm sense of accountability for end-to-end outcomes, strong communication skills and a pro-active, flexible and positive attitude.
  • Experience with managing 3rd parties and collaboration with IT suppliers of customers
