Looking for an opportunity to put your commercial skills to good use?

Blue Radix offers AI-driven solutions to greenhouse growers and entrepreneurs. We are looking for a front-runner with strong commercial hunting skills and a great track record of selling on an international business-to-business playing field.

We seek a high performing colleague to drive commercial growth of Blue Radix’ business in selected countries in the North-Western European horticulture market via partners and direct sales.

What you will do

  • Define commercial plans for the region, monitor, and realise commercial targets.
  • Execute sales strategies via hands-on direct sales and in cooperation with commercial partners
  • Be the front-runner in the region and be visible during events with booths and via presentations
  • Drive innovation within Blue Radix from a customer and sales perspective to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate Blue Radix in the market.
  • Utilise knowledge of Blue Radix services to develop proposals, including written content, pricing, presentations and contracting, aligned with the Blue Radix global strategy.

Job requirements

What do you bring along? You have been working as a commercial professional or lead for at least five years. During these years, you have developed a solid profile:

  • A proven history of increasing revenue via direct sales and partnerships in a competitive B2B environment, preferably for software, services, SaaS.
  • An extensive network in the horticulture industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Great at networking and commercial hunting.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to bigger audiences and senior executives.
  • Proficient in English and Dutch, both spoken and in writing. Being able to communicate on a professional level in other European languages is preferred.
