YOUR ROLE

In this role you will be the You’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success in selected Eastern European countries, working both through direct sales and local partners. It’s a hands-on role with real impact — from defining regional sales strategies to standing on stage at industry events, sharing our vision with growers and partners.

  • Set the commercial course for your region and take full ownership of reaching ambitious growth targets.

  • Actively sell Blue Radix solutions to growers and partners, and work closely with our commercial network to open new doors.

  • Represent Blue Radix at events and trade shows — leading the conversation, presenting on stage, and making sure we’re always front of mind.

  • Bring back what you hear from the market, so we can keep innovating and responding to growers' evolving needs.

  • Translate your deep product knowledge into tailored proposals, clear pricing, and convincing presentations — all aligned with our global commercial strategy.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and be part of a company where smart, sustainable agriculture isn’t just the future — it’s happening now.

Job requirements

What are you bringing along?

You have been working as a commercial professional or lead for at least five years. During these years, you have developed a solid profile:

  • A proven history of increasing revenue via direct sales and partnerships in a competitive B2B environment, preferably for software, services, SaaS.

  • An extensive network in the horticulture industry.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent in networking and direct sales.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to bigger audiences and senior executives.

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and in writing. Other European languages, like Polish, is preferred.
